By participating, the entrant agrees to the contents of these terms and conditions.

1. Maximum one entry per person. Multiple entries will only be counted once.
2. The Promoter of this competition is Wanderlust Travel Media.
3. The Provider of this prize is S-Cape Travel.
4. The closing date for entries is 5 January 2026. Entries after this date will not be valid.
5. Prize for 1 winner includes 2 places (winner + guest), 7 nights accommodation in double or twin room, 7 breakfasts, 4 dinners, luggage transfer between accommodations, airport transfers from Santander airport to start, and transfer to Santiago airport at end. Worth £1250. Transfers can be arranged from Bilbao at an additional cost.
6. The winner is responsible for all costs not explicitly included in the prize (e.g. travel to and from Santander, accommodation if needed before/after, visas, insurance, personal expenses, etc.).
7. This competition is open to entrants aged 18 and over on date of entry
8. Non-transferability / no cash alternative.
9. The prize must be taken in 2026 between 01 April and 15 Oct, excluding dates between 25 July and 31 August. The Prize must be booked by July 2026.
10. Dates subjected to availability. If a certain hotel is unable to confirm due to lack of availability, we will request a similar one and inform you about the alternative booked.
11. If the Promoter cancels the tour for reasons beyond its control (force majeure, insufficient participants, etc.), the Promoter will offer the winner an alternative tour / date of equal value if available
12. If the winner cancels more than 45 days before the tour date, they may be allowed to reschedule (subject to availability) at no additional charge.
13. The prize does NOT include:
    Flights, Travel Insurance and any extras not on the itinerary are not included .
14. Entrants must live in either the UK or Republic of Ireland and be over 18 years of age at time of entry.
15. The Prize offered must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash or any other consideration, and no substitutions will be allowed.
16. Names and dates of travel cannot be altered once booked.
17. The Prize winner is responsible for obtaining proper travel documentation (e.g., passports, visas etc).
18. All costs and expenses other than those mentioned as being included in the prize are not included and will be the sole responsibility of the Winner, including without limitation, accommodation, ground transportation and arrangements, personal expenses, meals, beverages and consumptions, travel expenses, upgrades in accommodation, and the costs of obtaining insurance, travel documents, visas, city taxes and service charges, and incidental charges. The Winner must get any required inoculations and/or required medical forms completed to clear them for travel.
19. The Provider is not responsible for any costs due to delay, cancellation or disruption of service or denied boarding compensation.
20. In the event that the Winner do not use part of the Prize; no compensation of any kind will be provided.
21. If the Winner is not available to take the trip at the appropriate time and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, no compensation will be provided.
22. The Provider shall not be liable if weather conditions, event cancellations, labour disputes, or other factors beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control prevent a Prize from being fully awarded or enjoyed. In such cases, the winner shall not be entitled to a replacement prize or cash equivalent.
23. The Provider shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses that may arise from any accident, injury, or death.
24. Any income tax liability incurred in connection with these tickets is the responsibility of the passenger.
25. The competition is not open to employees of Wanderlust, S-Cape Travel or any other partner related to this prize draw.
26. Finalists will be selected at random from valid competition entries and will be contacted after the closing date.
27. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
28. Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
29. Entry shows acceptance of these terms and conditions and the prize organiser and provider’s decision is final concerning these T&Cs or any ancillary matter.
